I'm trying not to stress about the fact I only
have 40 hours
left before packing up the whole family and taking off to Myrtle
Beach, SC. There's still so much to do!
But of course I wanted to get a quick newsletter out to you, my
faithful Don't Diet Digest readers. :-)
I received such a positive response to my "what I ate today" blog
posts back in May and June that I've decided to do it again.
those of you who've subscribed since then, I blogged every single
meal (and snack, and dessert, and drink) while on mini-vacation
for a week. I also blogged my food journal for a 3-day
This time around you get a full nine days of "What I Ate On
Vacation"--no-holds barred, no secrets, totally honest! We're
enjoying a house on the beach with friends of ours, another family
of five. Not only that, my in-laws will be in the house next
another group of around eight people. It'll be fun--and there
will be LOTS of food!
My goal is to prove that you can have a good time while still
losing weight--or keeping it off, in my case.
I've moved the blog to a new host that's much more flexible.
